Bethesda Hints at Dishonored Sequel

4.6
Bethesda has revealed that Arkane Studio’s stealth-action title is exceeding the company’s internal sales expectations, which has led to talk of a possible sequel.

“We clearly have a new franchise,” Bethesda’s PR boss Pete Hines told Destructoid. “I can tell you that Dishonored is far exceeding our sales expectations, which is especially cool considering it’s a new IP facing a host of well-established franchises this quarter.”

“We did terrific numbers again this past weekend, both in stores and on Steam, where Dishonored was listed as the #1 selling title over the holiday weekend. And Dishonored has really sold well overseas,” he added. “So, we’re very pleased and appreciate all the fans that have supported Dishonored and Arkane. We clearly have a new franchise.”

Yesterday the publisher announced that Dishonored‘s Dunwall City Trials DLC would be releasing December 11 on all platforms.

So Dishonored DLC, Dishonored sequel, Fallout 4 and Elder Scrolls Online.

Dishonored was a very short game, so it definitely needs a sequel.

--BlackBerry-- Personally i think they should make a Fallout sequel before dishonored i think they would make alot more money and be pleasing alot more fans.

100% agree. Fallout has brought in a lot more money for the company and has a lot more dedicated players. based on the first dishonored, atleast in my friend group, it is not a fan favourite.
