Black Ops 2: Stolen and Modded?

4.4
It seems that a youtuber has stolen a testing build of Black Ops 2 off the xbox live servers. According to sources the build codenamed Phoenix was stolen using unauthorized access to the xbox live content system via marketplace manipulation.

There have been some recent tweaks to the content system due to programs allowing anyone to map and view hidden content on both the xbox live and pnet(developer) networks. We are being told that a listing of black ops 2 with hidden content being shown will reveal "Phoenix", this is the probable source of the leak being shown as hacked in the video below that has been archived by us for use in this article.

What is your opinion of both the leak due to marketplace manipulation and the decision to hack it? Should they have tighter control systems in place to stop thing like this from happening?

Comment below with your opinions and concerns!

Update: Activision via Irdeto have made us remove the video

I wish he would've hacked into the zombie servers, because everybody wants to see that. If he did that I'm sure Treyarch would've had his ass in jail a long fuccin time lol

Improve I hope Activision track his I.P, break down his door and have him arrested. Sounds harsh but life is harsh.

Umm, as long as he dose not upload the blobs 2 file to the internet, otherwise all he did is have a little fun while showing MS a hole in their security. Treyarch should actually be suing MS before MS should be suing the guy.
