i had already accepted them via my xbox when i got the dash update (logged into xbox.com aswell just incase i had to accept ToS again) and still won't connect to xbl so its the the ToS thats the problem

you have to go to xbox.com and accept the term of agreement to be able to get ON XBL..

PineapplejunkyTTG_xxxexplosion I am one of the few users who recieved the "Can`t connect to Xbox LIVE" and I called about. I do believe I was the first to notify xbox about this problem because of about 35 minutes on the phone the guy told me he just got an email saying an issue is emrging with the cant connect error he gave me a reference number and told me to check the Xbox Support section for updates.
I cant connect either I new it was a fault on their end straight away, as my brother can sign in wish his Xbox I cant with mine.
Same deal. I'm one of them that can't connect.
