Community manager Josh Olin (JD 2020) Leaves Treyarch
4.6
We’ve all seen the phrase #BlameJD on Twitter. Something goes wrong on Call of Duty: Black Ops? Blame JD 2020. But now we have something new to talk about. JD 2020 announced in a tweet earlier about today being his last day at Treyarch. So what does this mean for the Call of Duty community? Nothing right now. All tweets about Call of Duty: Black Ops and other Treyarch games are to be directed to the Treyarch Twitter account.
This news comes as a shock to the community but some questions were raised when Josh Olin took a break from tweeting from the JD 2020 account. Who will be replacing him? No one knows.
-CoD- Can't blame him. Treyarch is falling apart. God I hope he goes to SledgeHammer or IW. (I know they both have community mangers.)
Is it really? Considering the fact that Black Ops (Developed by Treyarch) is at the top of the charts again ,and they broke an aweful lot of records this year.I don't think that Treyarch is failing - It was InfinityWard who were failing last time I checked.
(Splitting up and filing law suits against eachother)
As for Josh Olin he probably had a nervous breakdown after everyone complained to him and blamed him for how bad Black Ops was and still is.
maybe they just got fed up of the way he talks to everyone like he's shit don't smell about time hes gone but he have some nice easy job lined up already
bye bye prick
I've only met Josh Olin once in a World at War private match that I was invited to, he didn't really talk during the game but when he did he was a nice person.
I do admit I like Treyarch because they made WAW, and it was one of the main COD games that got me playing into the series more than anything, although now that COD is digging it's own grave I don't play it anymore, it's shame we don't get a good reason to see why he is leaving.
