Call of Duty: Black Ops has sold 25M, Modern Warfare 2 at 22M

While gaming still looks for its Citizen Kane, it has already found its McDonalds: Activision Publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg said on an earnings call today that the last two entries in the Call of Duty series, Modern Warfare 2 and Black Ops, have sold 22 and 25 million units respectively.

The numbers may look impressive on the outside, but they don't answer the big question. Namely: What's the K/D spread?

MW2 - sega graphics ? You need a new frikn TV mate or new specs cause the way i see it is Battlefeild 2 is like gameboy graphics compared to MW2.

I just dont understand why the sales increase every year. If anything, people should realise that the series reached it peak in Cod4. I think we all cling to false hope that the next game will be awesome, then complain when of course it isnt (which we already know)

AStacks Im sorry but all you kids suck **** at Black ops that why you hate it you rage quitters i can pwnd all you **** on 1v1..sure hell i do think Black ops> MW2.. stupid game was filled with mods,annoying quicscopers, campers camping for a nukes, stupid unblanced RPGing & NOOBTUBING & perks..these are the things black OPS fixed
i dont like bo and by no means suck at it,i had a 2.0+ ratio.and theres still mods on bo,my controller works just fine on it,annoying quickscopers?why bc u couldnt?its better than being hardscoped.i still see camping on bo,theres still tube in bo,just less common.so everything u just said fails....
