Microsoft debuted Halo 6 during its 2018 Electronic Entertainment Expo presentation today in Los Angeles. The trailer showed the series’ hero Master Chief on a Halo filled with rhinos and other creatures you wouldn’t expect from the sci-fi franchise.

After a great deal of anticipation, Ori and the Will of the Wisps will finally continue Ori’s story. Thanks to the success of Ori and the Blind Forest, fans have been hoping a sequel would arrive for well over a year.

Fallout 76 is a prequel to every other entry in the series, and it is four times bigger than Fallout 4. This is an untamed Wastleand that players will explore.

Today Xbox is hosting its E3 2018 press briefing from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, and we got a new gameplay reveal for Crackdown 3.

The video showcases gameplay, and it looked really sweet. Starring Terry Crews, we get to see vehicular gameplay and a ton of destruction.

Back in August 2017 the game was delayed one first time to spring 2018, while a demo has been playable at various shows. The game has recently been delayed again to February 2019.

Forza Horizon 4 will be released for the Xbox One and PC.

Following up on the Australian setting of Forza Horizon 3, the new game will be set in Britain — a fitting addition for the series, which flitted from Italy to Colorado in its first two installments. As before, it’s an open-world experience, so you’ll be able to explore an entire region by car rather than just using menus to select individual tracks, and gorgeous real-time visuals will connect your races seamlessly.

Microsoft promises a roster of McClarens and dynamic weather for Horizon 4, which will most likely keep racing fans busy for many days on their own. Of course, in addition to online play with friends over Xbox Live, Horizon 4 will ship with full Xbox One X support, including 4K resolution.

Beyond its great concept, which allowed a player to take control of a 350-car racing competition that continued to grow in footprint across the Australian outback, Forza Horizon 3 benefitted from two popular DLC packs: A Hot Wheels pack that brought 10 of the iconic toy muscle cars and orange plastic tracks into real life settings, and a Blizzard Mountain pack that added a treacherous snowy course to the otherwise temperate island.

Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition

One of Ubisoft’s bigger titles for E3 2018 is The Division 2, so we figured that it would be showing up at one of the press conferences this week. But we didn’t think it would be Xbox’s.

Alas, they surprised us by debuting a new trailer for The Division 2, which is set to take gamers by storm with its urban warfare theme.

The trailer features a quick lowdown of what happens, with Washington D.C. suddenly being overrun by some kind of virus -- something that seems a bit eerie in resemblance to the original game.

But as the world is rebuilding itself with plants growing and people trying to find survival, a dark force suddenly emerges, and the battle for the fate of the city begins.

We then get into some extensive gameplay, which starts in a forest as you begin to do some exploring. You keep in consistent contact with your party as you proceed along. But it isn’t too many minutes in before trouble surfaces in the form of rival soldiers, in an open field that features a torn-apart plane in the midst of it all.

You get a good look at the weapons system that’s featured within the game through the gameplay, which is pretty sweet, actually. Its combat style is similar to that of the first game, as you use tactical movement to avoid getting hit while, at the same time, targeting opponents with blasts to turn the tide back in your favor. You also get notified of potential targets with your partner through comms, so you can tag them and move forward.

The graphics look really good, utilizing Ubisoft’s SnowDrop engine and pushing above what the first game offered. No longer are you running through snow-covered streets. It looks like the team at Massive (along with their supporting developers) have pushed the visual engine to the next level.

Microsoft showed off a new game from Bandai Namco during its Electronic Entertainment Expo event today in Los Angeles. It is coming out in 2019.

The crossover features some of the biggest anime franchises, including Dragon Ball, One Piece, and Naruto. They are fighting in a city that looks like it suffered from an alien invasion.

A final shot in the trailer also showed a character from Death Note.

The name Jump Force is a nod to the doujin magazine where these franchises premiered, Shonen Jump.

Just Cause 4 has been officially announced with a release confirmed for 4 December 2018.

The E3 announcement trailer was everything we’ve come to expect from Just Cause – explosions teamed with explosions, plus more explosions.

The announcement confirmed HDR support and Xbox One X enhancements, but no native 4K, which is hardly surprisingly considering the nature of such an explosive open world.

CD Projekt RED’s teasing if Cyberpunk 2077 over the years has been borderline cruel, with many mentions and teases but very little substance to throw fans a cookie.

After all, it has been almost six years since the announcement of the game in 2012.

At long last, during Microsoft’s press conference from E3 2018, the beloved polish developer opened the floodgates to give us a much-anticipated glimpse.

Cyberpunk 2077 will release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Microsoft confirms they're working on the next Xbox console
In his wrap-up speech at Microsoft’s E3 conference today, Xbox chief Phil Spencer talked briefly about the company’s plans for its next console.

He said that the team behind last year’s launch of Xbox One X is “deep into architecting the next Xbox console, where we will once again deliver on our commitment to deliver the benchmark of console gaming.” Spencer mentioned the company’s work on AI and on cloud technologies, as well as its recently bolstered studio presence.

It’s unusual for hardware companies to speak of new consoles, well before they are announced. Microsoft’s decision to make this allusion will likely serve as a tonic to its fans, worries about the Xbox One’s relatively weak commercial performance against PlayStation 4.
