We’re not too far from the launch of Xbox One X, but fans aren’t yet able to pre-order the console. Luckily, this is soon going to change, as promised byMicrosoft’s Xbox Division Head Phil Spencer himself.

Spencer mentioned that the plan for pre-orders is set and all approvals are complete, so now it’s just a matter of “landing” the announcement with all the information, and it won’t be much longer. He also added that he’s sure that there will be some bundles with 4K TV sets, like there were with Xbox One S.

Incidentally, we hear about Crackdown 3 as well. It will be at Gamescom, and Microsoft intends to make sure that a good demo will be available in Cologne.

Like many, Spencer has seen the livestream coming out of San Diego Comic Con‘s Entertainment Weekly party, and mentioned that it isn’t fair to judge people who don’t play often, but on Crackdown 3 using the left trigger is critical. Since the series has an unique look and gameplay, it’s though to just pick up and go if you haven’t played the previous games of the series.
