Xbox One S is one of the hottest bits of console hardware on the market at the moment, and Microsoft seems determined to leverage that in the UK.

In addition to two more Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundles announced last week, there will be multiple limited edition colour retailer exclusive bundles.

Argos has a 500GB Deep Blue Xbox One S with FIFA 17, while GAME has three new bundles – Storm Grey 500GB with FIFA 17, Storm Grey 500GB with Battlefield 1, and Deep Blue 500GB with Battlefield 1.

All of the bundles go for £250, but don’t appear to be available for either pre-order purchase yet; Argos only lists the widely available Robot White bundles, and GAME was down for maintenance at time of writing.

If you’re looking for other configurations, don’t forget the red Gears of War limited edition 1TB bundle, the Gears of War 500GB Deep Blue bundle, the Gears of War 4 1TB Robot White bundle and the GAME-exclusive Military Green Battlefield 1 1TB bundle. Bog standard Robot White 500GB bundles with FIFA 17, Minecraft and Battlefield 1 are also widely available.

Similar bundles are available in the US, although they tend to feature 1TB consoles.

FIFA 17 and Battlefield 1, eh? That EA sweetheart deal is still kicking along, then. It’ll be interesting to see if the FIFA 17 promos and new hardware will help Xbox counter PlayStation’s traditional dominance of the UK and Europe.
