Microsoft Faces Two Lawsuits Over Windows 10 Upgrade Policy
And now, those people are apparently suing Microsoft. There are two new lawsuits against Microsoft as a result of their aggressive upgrade policy- the first suit, filed in Florida, alleges that Microsoft “violated laws governing unsolicited electronic advertisements, and that their tactics were against the FTC’s rules on deceptive and unfair practices.” The second suit, meanwhile Israel, alleging that the OS installs itself on users’ PCs without their consent.
Microsoft, on their part, are maintaining that these lawsuits will fail, and that upgrading to Windows 10 is a choice, not a requirement. On my part, I am inclined to disagree with Microsoft- to put it mildly.

-Zedlolohnoeszsz So it's Microsoft's fault your shitty computer can't handle an OS? Sounds to me like you're the ignorant one here maybe upgrade your shit before trying to blame someone else.
Also I find it hard to believe you can't run W10. I had one those garbage PC's that computer shops slap together with old and outdated parts. I was able to upgrade to W10 just fine and was able to run it just fine even though the computer was slow as hell. Why you have problems is beyond me but it's definitely not Microsoft's fault.
Did you even read my comment?
Here, saying it like this should help, hopefully so that you'll stop being daft, it will get through your thick skull. I can run Windows 7 just fine, with all my software, and never encounter issues. No BSOD, no freezing, not taking long at all the boot or shut down. But Windows 10 cant keep up with that currently. Keep in mind Windows 10 runs off of the same specs as 7, no hardware upgrades needed. It was advertised as being no more or less heavy than Windows 7 in terms of hardware requirements. So therefore, logically speaking, my laptop is just fine, my Windows 7 copy is just fine, but the problems I encounter are only when I'm on Windows 10. The software I use doesn't change, the methods I use doesn't change, the only thing that I changed before encountering issues, was upgrading to 10.
Now if you actually take time to read this, which any 3rd grader can do, instead of skimming it, you'll see what I'm trying to say. If my software works flawlessly on my laptop, with Windows 7, but wont work flawlessly with 10, and instead cause more issues, that's an issue with something in Windows 10, not my laptop, because if it was an issue with my laptop itself, I wouldn't be able to run things like MS Word or Photoshop no matter what OS I'm using, therefore, I say again, it is the Windows 10 OS.
Now if you find a way to explain to me why my software, which is updated by the way, works in 7 just fine, but not 10, where my laptop itself could be the problem, I'm more than willing to listen to what you have to say. But if you're gonna be too narrow minded and claim it's my laptop that is at fault, with no explained reasoning behind it, except for "Your computer is shit", then I'm just going to write you off as a snobby child who's whining because not everyone agrees with him.
If this comment made you upset, PM me, and I'll get back to you with a list of local butt-hurt treatment centers. Have a great day Sir.
I did read your comment idiot that doesn't change the fact what I said.

Ehhh I wouldn't say it's a issue with the software. As if that was the case no one could use Windows 10. More than likely you just need to update the drivers from your manufacturer and try the upgrade again. Most manufacturers weren't ready for Windows 10 so they scrambled to get updated software out there and out of date stuff does cause issues. Most upgrades always end shitty so you would be better off doing a clean install of Windows 10. Windows 10 works great for many. At work we just upgraded over 500 pcs to Windows 10 and it's been nothing but smooth sailing.

skullcandy12 they deserve it for trying to force users to update to their software without the user's permission, and then charge them a subscription fee for a "free" update. a$$holes
Subscription fee? TF are you talking about? W10 is literally free to download and you keep it forever. There are no "fees".

There is literally no reason to not have W10.
Except where most people, myself included, experience many issues due to our computers being built around an older OS. Like when I upgraded to 10, Microsoft Word would freeze my system, photoshop would initiate a fatal error BSOD, and my CPU usage always showed 100%. Along with other issues like 5 minute boot times, or having to hold the power button to shut off because trying to do it the right way would get you to the Shut Down screen with an endless loading icon.
And before you say anything smart-ass-ish, like it's an issue with the computer itself, or my software, just know that you'd be wrong, because I'm back on Windows 7 Ultimate again, and everything works flawlessly. So just because you might not have had issues, doesn't mean everyone else wont. There's many reasons not to upgrade, and not just limited to the things I already said in this post. So please, don't be ignorant, look at it from all points of view instead of just your own.
