A brand new system update is now available for Xbox One to Preview members, and it fixes one of the big problems with the system- it fixes the Instant On mode, so that files continue downloading in the background even once the system enters its low power mode. More games have been added to the backwards compatibility list for Xbox One. Starting today, Xbox One players can get their hands on the popular Hello Games title Joe Danger, Ubisoft’s 2012 survival outing I Am Alive and Twisted Pixel’s Comic Jumper. Sony has announced the date and time for upcoming PlayStation Network maintenance. This routine maintenance will last for two hours and take place tomorrow, June 23. If you’re already signed by the time it starts, you’ll still be able to play games and use most apps. You won’t, however, be able to access Account Management, PlayStation Video, or the store.
