Killed shoulders last night, did legs this more and a little bit of abs but I was drained, might go back tonight to finish up abs

Havent posted an update in a while but I did legs and abs last night

I skipped the gym on Easter Sunday because I was too busy with family then had tons of homework, it was the first day I didn't workout in over 3 months

Gonna kill it today though not sure what I'm going to hit yet, either back and bi's or chest and tri's. Suggestions?

Also really want to start recording some of my workouts and posting them because so many people ask me what workouts and stuff I do

3 mile run today

working a mixture of pacings at the moment to gauge what my knee can take post injury, everything is feeling good so far!
