I had a person send me a whisper without being on my friends list so I'm assuming its possible. Does anybody know how to actually do it? Can't seem to find a person's Activision ID whenever I type in their usernames on MW. Guess I need the # after the name as well.

to find the person you need the name + ID for example
Balicks#61778938 to whisper them I think you can just go to recent players then it'll give you the option to whisper |
