what does 24/7 customer service have to do with someone's acc being reset?

if a service is ever detected, a player would be instantly banned. (ex. infinite, blueprints, etc.)

a reset can only occur when an acc has been cracked, which can happen a number of different ways. (ex. signing onto a sketchy website with a fake activision UI, not ensuring 2fa is enabled on your activision acc/console, etc.)

if a player's activision acc is indeed hacked, their platforms will unlinked (therefore losing all progress made) allowing the player to be able to sign onto a psn, xbox, battle.net, but the ensuing activision acc itself is gone.

We offered him support. In the end all he really wanted was a refund. Which is not given because it wasn't my issue. As most know I'm barely even active on TTG most people know my support is on discord.

In response to your question, if you've been around long enough you would know that some "Trusted Sellers" would offer a "Do Over" when a service provided, didn't satisfy the customer's needs. They're many more ways, you can offer customer service to a customer that is dissatisfied. I deal with reset/hacked users all the time on Activision's forums firsthand.

It's more than just third party websites, and accounts compromised that will grant a reset. Customer service is how you deal with your customers, and how you provide solutions for your customers. So that they continue to purchase from your shop. Those are just some tips.
