A bit harsh, Mata is definitely the better player of the two but like Moyes said Herrera is starting because Mata can't last the whole 90, also Herrera offers you more defensively than Mata. If this wasn't a big game I would start Mata everyday of the week, not saying Herrera is bad, Mata is just better imo.
