hi,
soon I am going to be building a gaming pc. I was aiming for a pc that could do 144hz at 1080p, so I gathered this list and was curious to hear some input.

This is what I would go for to get a solid 144hz experience.The stuff you got wont do 144hz, some of the components you picked are way on the lower end. Better be safe than sorry. There have been problems with the 5000 series RXs but gigabyte is a pretty good brand, RTX 2070 supers are $500 on AMD website, if you would go for that.

I'll look into 2070 super, I have microcenter down the street where I think I can get some of those parts for a bit cheaper

5600XT isn't exactly low-end, nor is an R5 2600. More like mid ranged. Also, the 5600XT is perfectly capable of 1080p144Hz. You might have to dial settings back to "High" on some more demanding games to get 100+FPS, but you'll still be making good use of a 144Hz monitor with this kind of set-up.

If you're getting as 5600XT, just get the Sapphire Pulse at this price tbh. Maybe look at RTX 2060's as well though, can get them for $300-310. 2060 and 5600XT trade blows on performance, but the 2060 does have RTX and DLSS, if you're at all interested in that. RTX 2070 Super is way out of your budget.
