| I've been having gpu under performance issues on my rx 5700xt for a while now, and I thought i got them fixed but I didn't. Gpu utilization fluctuates drastically, and I noticed that gpu power consumption fluctuates just as bad, hand in hand with utilization changes. For examle, 99% usage on CS:GO will give me like 400 fps and power consumption will be around 170-180w, but the next second i will be at 40% usage and power consumption will be at 100W. Could this be a psu problem? I'm on a 500W Gold Enermax Revolution Duo. |

How old is the PSU? That could definitely be the issue.
500W is enough, but if it's an older, lower quality unit, it could be causing issues. |
