Best? Probably something like the Gigabyte AORUS Xtreme;

Although, obviously that is a ridiculously expensive motherboard, and would make very little sense if you were pairing it with something like an R5 3600.

Still expensive, but a lot easier to swallow and still pretty much just as good as the $700 mobo's;

You also said you wanted "best bang for buck" though, which isn't going to be the overall "best", so what are you actually looking for? What is your budget?
I'd have said "best bang for buck" with wi-fi on the AM4 socket would be this;
