Just apply a new code and then it will show up, my 15 mins went after the weekend finished also, applied a new monster code and bam! They cant be tracking people surely, why would they when they can just push an update to fix it rather than monitoring the users?

if you add another code it will pop up. But they also have blocked people from being able to use double exp because of this glitch so could be either one of those.
