Congratulations! Being within the same city with your family will be great for the holidays. Not sure if they're moving in anytime soon but at least now you won't have to go too far to see them.

well I'm sorry you feel that way. My parents bust there asses off and run three company's between the two of them. They've worked super hard and are capable of owning a nice house. The post is more to show how excited I am to have my family decide to buy a house in a city that I live in seeing as how we have hardly seen each other since I decided to me 16 hours from my home town.
