You said the house was 4 Million dollars
Yet here it says 1.6 Million dollars.
I'm really tempted to call the agent in charge of this listing and ask if the house has been sold or under contract..

correction you know nothing of tax and interest until today.
correction with the appointed price of land you said 1m an acre would be roughly 54m + housing.

But do you understand the prices still do not add up by a long shot. So you paid 1.6 million for the house itself and paid 2.4 million for the property? That makes no sense at all..
