Not really.. Annie is actually god tier atm, one of the strongest mid lane picks. Cho'gath however is a very situational pick but can be good vs melee champions

you guys are crazy, AP cho'gath is stong as hell 1000 true damage on his ult stacks and a silence, knock up combo.

Annie is one of the strongest mid laners in the game right now. Cho'Gath isn't very popular but incredibly strong once you hit 6. He can easily counter top tier mids like zed and kat that's why he is good in this current meta.

Beware, however, because he doesn't have very much escape so in lane you will probably need to ward your river.

Viktor is fun as hell, also I can't remember if you put down mordekaiser, but morde is numero uno so buy him

Annie is super good. But Ap Cho falls off pretty hard and isn't that great, his mid-game is pretty good though.

Syndra is a good solid midlaner, if you know how to farm with her and manipulate her abilities shes unstoppable.
