I don't know much about if the new patches change anything because I haven't played for awhile but I would say syndra or fizz are my favorites to play. Maybe annie is rage mode is activated

Meh, if you play safe and smart you can lane with any champion. Annie's laning phase is pretty easy because you play safe and farm with Q, and even if you lose lane, you will still be useful and frightening in a fight
