So, recently today I got a message on xbox live saying my application was accepted and it said if you wish to continue send a message back or your application will be deleted. I sent a message back saying " I wish to continue". Now how long will I have to wait for them to see that message?

It could be instantaneous or a couple of days. Which ever recruitment officer sent that message has more than likely already seen your response. Keep in mind though, these messages go out in waves to multiple individuals. Sending your confirmation message only insures that you still wish to continue with the process and puts you in a queue for the next phase. You could be at the front of the line or you could be at the end.

Congrats by the way! Hopefully you make it through the additional steps.
