Well in the article it stated that the kids would play in the park (by themselves with no parent or guardian watching them, so that's already a red line) while the man and teen go into the woods or bathroom to go and have sex. I don't think the kids would have seen anything unless they started to wander around, looking for their dad.

OP: I'm glad he got caught and arrested, he already has 3 kids of his own, had a girlfriend, yet was meeting up with a teen to have sex with, so in all honesty, I'm glad the kids got taken out of his possession as who knows what he would have done down the road seeing as he was willing to do something like that with a 13 year old.

Yes the guy was completely in the wrong trying to have sex with a minor, but don't forget that the girl wasn't being forced to do it. She was willingly going to go forward with it if she hadn't been caught. Just saying.

Ehhh, that's hard to say, she was 13 where hormones start to change. Now I'm not trying to justify her choice, but she might have been curious as to what it would be like with an older person, might have felt it would have been okay or might have just straight up wanted to do it, just because she wanted to. Either way, she put herself in a dangerous area with this and a rather sick one, seeing the huge age difference, him having 3 kids and having a girlfriend at the time.
