Even though this is sickening, wrong and he should be punished, there might be justification for him. At 25, with a child aged 11; this means he had the child at 14, which is one year older (Not counting the girls birthdate) then 13 which is the age of the child he was going to meet. Now psychologically he might have triggered the event of him having *** at 14 and then having the infant come into his life. This means something had to have gone wrong psychologically in his developing stages, which was turned on after his third child, 6 years ago. The 13 year old girl was also in the wrong. She should know or have been taught better. She shouldn't even care about *** at that age.
