Hey guys me and ytv have put together an ultimate starter save for Dark Souls.
There are two save files that have all classes for both Male and Female characters.
What the saves have:
At the first Bonfire after the Tutorial boss fight
HP 5000/5000
Stamina 5000
Max Souls (999999999)
Max Humanity (99)
Vitality 99
Endurance 99
Enjoy, also the saves are VERY touchy and might not work for everyone, they did load up for me and ytv, so don't complain that they don't work. We are looking into getting it to work but so far can figure out why it does that.
UPDATE v1.1: Changed Vitality and Endurance to 99

gamingman98 i save the file and transferred it to my hard drive but it doesn't show up as a save file, what do i do?
did you rehash the ids with your own ids using horizon/modio? if not thats why

I just recently tried it out with Horizon since people we complaining about Modio and it actually worked! I'm speeding through every place including Blighttown which I'm in right now. Thank you so much! Your the best! But there is one problem. When I leveled everything to 99 and got level 535 or something, it stayed 99 vitality and 99 endurance but for some reason they both decreased by a lot. Endurance bar is now 160/160 while Health is only 1900/1900. Oh well, It ain't much a problem. I still pwn anyway xD

I'm pretty sure most people are using Horizon although I have not tried it yet. I think you should do the same.

Exiled_0sedax Seems that people that use Modio to rehash/Resign with there ID`s haven gotten it to work. Also this DOES NOT WORK on PAL consoles (so if you live in the UK you are out of luck).
not true i live in uk and it work perfectly gud job with saves

Thats because I used Horizon to Rehash/Resign the saves. You need to also use Horizon to Rehash/Resign them again (Horizon changes the file size by half, and Modio doesn't know what to do with it).
