Item description:

This is a starter save at the beginning of Act Two (not really much to do in act one). It has max money, 3 of each bag crafted already (only have to do hunting quest for fourth), and all (I believe) of the accessible radio towers unlocked. I cleared all the propaganda posters and most of the loot at the towers I unlocked so you won't have to go to them if you don't want to.

Also, A bunch of guns are unlocked and there are some unused skill points.

Unfortunately I already sided with Amita on the first quest, so that is already locked in. I didn't realize I could move forward without accepting one or the other. It's not perfect because I wasn't intending to make a starter save, but it took a ton of time to open everything up and craft the bags so I figured it might help someone.
