This mod tool allows you to edit your character's S.p.e.c.i.a.l. stats, level, skills, and inventory.
You will need something to rehash and resign such as Horizon or something like it.
1. Get your save to somewhere you can access it on your computer.
2. Open it in FalloutNVVE 4.1.
3. Edit your character.
4. Save it.
5. Rehash and resign the save.
6. Move it back on to your Xbox and enjoy.

I downloaded this but when I start the program, everything is grayed out and I can't edit anything. HELP! :/
