This has all the characters at lvl 50 with 9999999999999999$$$
and also lvl 1 with alot of bling if you want it
To use
Just put in modio or horizon and the change the id's and stuff then put in your flashdrive
*Note* It says it lvl 3 but once you start the game it will lvl up and you will also get achievements
Credit got to the creator of the editor and me for making this files...
