Just a quickie, some nice new binoculars for the trekkies.
The outside gets a little darker, inside stays normal when activated, just like in 'real-life'.
Its not canon strictly speaking. On the show and in various films binoculars are shown with a full closed border.
I'm taking some artistic liberty.
I will make a more canon version in the future.
Installation: You know the deal, copy to your PCBANKS folder.
