This like the previous two saves relies on you doing a little bit of work - nothing compared to the gathering of the collectibles :) .
INSTRUCTIONS!
Make your way to the tear in the bank, instead of approaching the tear enter the room on your left and go all the way to the end and look behind the safe. Simply pick up the last Voxophone and you should be good to go.
Tested on my dummy account and it works fine.
