How to use it:
1. Extract the "Save.bin" file from your gamesave
2. Load the "Save.bin" file into the Tool
3. Press Decrypt (auto checks)
4. Mod whatever you need to in Save.bin (only hex and easy now)
5. Load the "Save.bin" file into the Tool
6. Press Encrypt (auto checks)
7. Replace the "Save.bin" file back into your gamesave
8. Rehash/Resign with a Tool of your choice...
