Hello guys,
this save is for the achievement named "Absolution", which is worth 50G. For this achievement you have to finish the whole game on one of the three difficulties, classed "hard".
The save works quick and easy. Choose your prefered mod tool (I recommend Horizon or 360revolution), rehash and resign the save with your ID, move it to usb, and load it on your xbox. Go to story mode, choose the mission "End of the Road" and select one of the hard difficulties. Spare or kill Lenny (I spared him, cause he appeared so pitifully) and enter your car. There you go. Achievement should pop.
