im not sure if this works online but will find out if it does or not.
1.if you have a banned account hit the guide button and go to it.

2.sign in to the profile and it should say you are banned until 12/31/9999.....as the usual.

3.then sign out of your profile and sign in to your normal xbox live profile.

4.then sign out of it and sign in to your banned account.

5. while it is signing in keep pressing the "Y" button as fast as you can.

6.then it should take you to type in some type of info for your profile ex: name, bio, location.

7. After all of this the sign that pops up that says you are banned will not be there and if you check at the dashboard go to my xbox, then under your avater where it says disconnected or signed in it should say signed in.

8. then you are officially online but im still not sure if you are able to play online games, so can someone check that for me and pm me so i can update this post.

must repeat this every time you go to sign in to your banned account and sorry for that purpose.

You can't play online...but you can redownload old items. But there is an easier method. Yours is to complicated.
