Consoles all come with a 30 day warranty, If your item arrives D.O.A. dead on arrival , or if it breaks with that time frame, you will be responsible to return the item first, then we will either issue a repair,or replacement only. We do not cover anything past 30 days once you accept delivery you own it but we will offer the solution if it happens with our 30 day warranty. All Consoles include a security seal if seal is broken/tampered we will return the item as we received it because you voided our seal/warranty. If you flashed your console it is not our fault we will charge fee for this. You will also be responsible to pay for return shipping 10.50 flat rate fee.
