I can explain how much I want to slap people like you. Jtags aren't purely for online modding. Microsoft cracked down on Jtags because so many people were abusing them. Having a kernal rebooter released is a step closer to having a Jtag online, as you can't go online with an old dashboard... When a dash is released, it's an update. When a rebooter is released, it's updating the Jtag to the newest dashboard. All this really did, was add the auto-play feature with discs.

If all the dash update provided was a boot to disc option, then lets be fair, his comment stands valid. And actually, you can go online with an old dash, its just another set of checks...
