Its 4:43 in the frikin' morning. I have school in an hour.
Damn Daylight savings messed me up -_-

Ok this isn't my journal :X

Anyways anyone have methods they do so they can sleep?

Try taking some sleeping pills, those ALWAYS knock me out.

Drink some thing with caffiene in the morning like a 5 hour energy

I dont know but usally when i stay up light Saturday night i usually stay up all night sunday listing to music and stuff then the next day try and stay awake till about 10 go to bed and my sleep schedule back on track...or you can take a couple of sleeping pills usually helps me... and daylight savings messed me up to and since you have school in a hour just get ready for school and sleep in a class that you dont like

theres a pill called melitonin or something like that. thats what i use. knocks ya right out

Stay up all Saturday until Sunday night at like 9:30-10 and turn all the lights off and sleep I used to do that..
