Well because of the new rebooter does not have a name yet so why dosnt some one give it a name and claim they made it ? They would be famous when you think about it !

EDIT : FOR THOSE WHO DONT KNOW WHAT THE NEW REBOOTER IS IT GETS JTAGS BACK ONLINE AFTER THE LATEST UPDATE !
