Hey guys,

so the time has come where i feel as if i need a break from modding for a while. It was fun but there are far more important things to life.

Reasons why im taking a break.

Well its my senior year at highschool, so i really need to focus on my grades, high school may not be important to you now, but trust me when your senior year comes you see how much it matter. This sets you up for life.

Ive had head injuries and they finally allow me to play sports again, so i will be focusing on getting my scholarship opportunity back that was taken from me when i was taken out of hockey for a year.

Family, i will be moving out soon to pursue my life goals so i need to spend some quality time with the fam and get everything sorted.


My Advice for future mods

Think outside the box, anything that you think can happen and that is simple will not work, unless the game has just came out.

For Online bind mods for MW2

Focus on something other then GPD mods. Go through actually patches and script the binds through gsc scripting. Look in the button_default.cfg of patch files. Look into burning those on to discs and playing them as ISO's

For Black Ops modding.

Break down the game fully! Look at every function and DVAR in the game. It takes alot of testing but trust me there is many many more exploits to be found. For example in GPD mods you can still "Set" dvars to work on your spwan. Its a matter of testing what DVARS do not reset. Treyarch has done a good job with patching the newest mods and exploits. But you guys can beat them

JTAGS

Stop believing everything that is said in JTAG discussion. It is killing this site. If you don't know what to do then don't worry about trying. Just let the people who know what they are doing do the work and don't ask them to share. If you want to figure things out research it! Google.com is a great resource you can find every tut you will ever need.


My future in game modding/general modding.

I will still be around and active on the site. I will mod on occasion for myself and for educational purposes only, basically i am done with public releases and trying to figure things out so i can release to public and ruin games, i am done with that attitude. All modding i do for the next while will be for myself and maybe a few close friends.

I may release a few little things i find on occasion, but my goals will no longer be making new mods to release to everyone, i simply don't have the time.



All and all

I had a great time getting to know all you modders out there! Follow your idea's test them and you will succeed. Don't give up nothing is impossible.

I will still be fairly active on the site giving hints and tips just no releases coming from me.

I hope i have time to return back to modding and doing a few releases in the future. I will still sell JTAGS to make some spare cash for gas.
