I had the same problem im afriad in the end it turned out my disc was 2 scratched to rip so i borrowed my friends disc and it still didnt work but i then borrowed another friends disc and then it worked. so i would recomend using an iso or just cleaning your disc or counting to 10 more precisely.
What actually is the problem does it stop ripping after like a percentage or what?
