I was runing my jtag perfect then it suddenly got rrod and when i check the secondary error code it said 0001. If anyone knows how to fix this let me know i no it has something to do with the power but its not the power cord i tryed using the power cord on my other console and it worked

Completely unplugg the power chord you use for your jtag, and let it sit and cool for an hour or so.

It's a power supply issue, go try a different outlet, otherwise it could be bad MOFSETs on the motherboard which you can replace. And yes check your 12v fan wiring again, it could have caused a short, however shorts usually cause the xbox to no turn on.
