So as announced the Saints row is now backward compatible for the xbox one.

I was hoping there would be a remastered version but here hasn't been signs of any remaster for the game series or even a new instalment.

What are your thoughts? Could we see the original version become remastered or a new saints row?

I really highly doubt that game will get remastered if they arnt doing some of the other titles with much higher demand

As for a new one I hope one is released!

Was just reading about this. Its nice finally they have the whole franchise on there (even tho i think it went to complete crap after 3) It would be nice to see a Saints Row V but it would only work if they went back to there routes or had a storyline that involved the events of the first & second game would be pretty cool.

Yeah it got abit crazy and extremely unrealistic from the third on. It was fun the way they made them all fame chasers, added in government rolls and then aliens was all fun at time. But I would also like to see it go back to a more serious route

I've been waiting for years for this. I constantly kept posting on the games list because this is the only game that was an xbox 360 exclusive that I really liked and it ran pretty bad, but it was my first game and in my top 5 for 360 games. Super pumped.

The devs do have a AAA title in development that is currently unannounced so we may see a new addition to either Saints Row or Agents of Mayhem at E3, if so there is the potential for the older titles to return.

I hope its got nothing to do with Agents of Mayhem.. i've never really understood what they where trying to do with that game.

I don't believe it will be remastered, I never did. Now I can firmly state it since it's BC now

Saints Row 1 & 2 are great games. After SR3 the series became a laughing stock.

They should have stayed with the more serious storyline.
