This hp laptop touchpad and keyboard doesnt work on the first boot, you have to boot the pc and then reboot the pc before they work. Does anyone know whats causing this?
Re installed windows 10
Checked ram chips
Checked hdd
Did all built in diagnostic tests
The owner had the motherboard replaced so not sure why
