Xbox One S Randomly Deleting Digital Games

Xbox One S Randomly Deleting Digital GamesPosted:

Okay so first off I know nobody has touched it or deleted the game off but I also have crappy DSL and it took like a week to download cod ww2 and I was doing the latest update and it said install stopped and I checked my games it was gone. #pleasegobacktoplayondiscxbox!

I've never had it happen. Did you click "cancel download" or anything or uninstall by accident?

My condolences for DSL Internet :feelsbadman:
Do you share your Home console with anyone? I know there is usually a pop-up stating if your deleting a game that it will effect the Home console too.

What you need to do is you need to power cycle your console I had to happen to me yesterday and it would not let me play any DLC or anything that was not in my disc tray.

Check to see if XBox Live service is limited and it doesn't let you play any of the games that are digital including DLC.

You don't have a double Nat Xbox is just glitched up, the only thing that I can think of besides waiting for it to fix itself is try unplugging your Xbox from your power source.
