Hey, I'm new to the "pc master race", I have a few questions.
1) I'd like a new gaming mouse and keyboard, any suggestions on which is the best and which mouse and keyboard I should I get? ($50-100)
2) Is my pc good? Will it have a hard time running games such as Battlefield, GTA, or any other games?

3) Can it stream good?
4) What parts should I focus on upgrading in the near future?

This is a good PC for what you want to use it for. In terms of upgrading it depends on how far your willing to go and if necessary at all. I have heard about AMD graphics cards running into some issues (not sure if this is still the case). You could also upgrade to SSD for storage as it can load games faster and other applications. Everything else seems okay, has a nice set of features. hope i helped
