I have jrpc as a plugin and i know its working because i have got extra plugins using it one of which is notify which is working so the jrpc must be working but tools say there isn't jrpc running on the console, Thanks

-make sure your console is set to the default console in neighborhood

-make sure both your computer and your console are on the same network.
