Well I got mods on my account, it was legit and everything for bo2 and I don't want to bug him about anything else but when I try to go in an online lobby it keeps reloading over and over again and it won't ever let me spawn in. Is there anything I can do about it. It'll be appreciated if anyone can help

Never heard of this happening, but there is a chance that he set your stats too high or something along those lines. I would just message whoever did your account and ask him if he can redo the account since you are unable to play.

You need to be deranked to level 1 again and then have someone do a remote recovery for you, did the guy show u any proof or his service? It was he just a random guy u asked?

Seems like your XP amount for the level was set too high, and has exceeded the cap level which will leave you in a restart loop on games. Just get deranked and leveled back up.
If you want 55 then the XP should be 1,249,100.

It was a different person that I got it from, it was completely free so I'm not worried about it too much

It wasn't a random, I'm pretty sure he's known, he does have a topic on here I just haven't been able to get a hold of him or get on when he's on, his name is -DMG- though. It was completely free so I'm not mad about it at all
