Don't come to a gaming forum for mobile support then.
P.S. The booting into safe mode to reset will work.
Volume Down, Home Button, Power Button at the same time.

Take your battery out and put it back in so its powered off and you can enter the boot menu from powering on. Hold the volume up, home, and power buttons down simultaneously. Hold this until your phone boots and shows the android logo. This will bring you to the boot menu where you have the option to wipe all the data from the phone.

As a last resort you could always go to your wireless carrier and have them replace it if that doesn't work.

Lol only reason why I trolled you because you gave us no real information on what is going on and expect us to pull a resolution out of thin air.
Every solution that was given to you "didn't work".
Good luck.

Don't break the phone, take it to a shop. If you're embarrassed about it then take it to a shop away from the area you live in.
There's no point in breaking it and if anyone can fix it then it'll be the people who work in phone repair shops.
