Go back to my link & resetup your VPN, sometimes even when you can connect to xbox live, you might be having an issue happens to me sometimes, follow my guide buddy and let me know if that helps.

Okay, so lets try fix the profile issue, login to the profile ( on your VPN ) on xbox.com
- Then try to download it once you login.

It's possible. If you are getting an 8015 or something like that error you most likely have 2 step verification on. Go to Xbox.com and sign in on it

Same, I have to make my accounts on xbox.com. It will not let me make one on my rgh, It hasnt for the last year or so lol.
