So this was bugging me for almost 3 days, I couldn't figure it out and no one else could.
So when you're on the dash you can press the guide button, send messages etc
If you do this in game it would prompt the avatar update (that's obviously if you're having this problem)
Well it turns out this is caused by plugins, if you have JRPC2 and XDRPC I suggest only using one at a time or just use them when using tools, remove one of them or both if you had both set as plugins in your launch.ini and this will solve your problem. (You can also remove the plugins via dashlaunch)

Nice, I never knew that and i always used to get it. I just thought it was the server, glad there is an actual explanation now
